Writing Workshop: Mini-lesson: Conclusions - Students evaluated conclusions and we discussed what their conclusion should have for their personal narrative. Rough Draft due Monday!

Reading Workshop: Students read independent reading books while teacher conferenced with students on reading grade-level text.

Writing Workshop: Students read personal narrative called "Snapshots." Then we discussed the importance of our leads. Evaluated samples and discussed which one was the best, which one was okay, and which one needed lots of work. Then students reflected on their lead and created or revised the lead for their personal narrative.
